Positive: The hotel is a short walk from the Matsuyama train station and is as central as it gets. There is also a complimentary breakfast service included as part of the stay.

Negative: We chose this hotel for its central location and car parking facilities. The hotel has no actual onsite parking. The hotel has an agreement with a nearby car parking lot. Unfortunately, this car park was full for the duration of our stay, either with other hotel patrons' vehicles or public cars.
