Positive: Free included buffet breakfast, although limited in choices. Limited parking on-site but there were parking lots adjacent to the hotel. Lots of dining choices nearby. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and spoke great english. Check-in and out machines were very easy to use.

Negative: Room was fairly small but sufficient for a one night stop over. Although clean looking, the carpet in the room werea litttle sticky.

Summary: Great for a short stay. Could be a but cleaner and brighter.

Positive: The location, price, staff, great breakfast, library, and free umbrellas for temporary use were great!

Negative: The room size is way too small for two people to move about comfortably. I get it. Japanese hotel rooms are, indeed, small. But these rooms are tough. It was just the small toom size that I did not like. Otherwise, it's a great hotel.
