Positive: Big enough for 9 people, 3 bathrooms, common room with ping pong table downstairs, no problem with normal noise, probably well isolated. Less than 10min by car to Nassfeld cable car. The owner is nice, responds quickly if there were any questions.

Positive: The location of the house is excellent and is located in a very quiet and peaceful place. Excellent private parking The rooms are large and clean and on the ground floor there is a very large living room. Negative: Unfortunately there is one thing that we didn't like at all. The owner of the house, without having previously communicated it to us, freely entered and exited our rooms while we were out. This is not correct because it violates our privacy. Furthermore, the smart TV only worked on the first day, in the following days we could not use YouTube, internet etc etc.

Positive: The house very spacious, even for 10 people, as 2 of us were sleeping in the community room (which we decided before depature, so it came as no surprise for us). It is best for 4 families (as you can have separate rooms & bathrooms for each, which is really handy), or a group of max. 10 people, if 2 ppl of the group is happy with sleeping in the comm. room. Furthermore, the house is equipped with absolutely everything you might need (in the kitchen you can find a big fridge, microwave, things you need for cooking, bathroom with towels, hairdryer, etc) and in the community room you can find a big TV with surrounding sound system, tabletennis and darts, making sure you always have something to do. The house has a sauna for extra charge, but we never got to use it.. maybe next time ;) On top of that, the host, Florin is a very nice and friendly guy, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival. He is living in the same house (altough on separate floor), which is good because he was always there and happy to help us with everything we needed, but at the same time made sure never to distract our privacy. I can only recommend his magical house on the top of the mountain, I hope we can return someday :)

Positive: We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very very friendly and helpful. Lovely family! :) And the place itself is lovely as well, located in quiet and peaceful area. Apartment is in the same house where the owners live, however there are separate entries and you won't even notice their presence. There is more than you need in the building, everything is very clean and comfortable, you feel there like at home. All facilities were good, kitchen well equipped, ping-pong and darts were great additions. View from balconies/terrace is wonderful. Private parking just outside the house.

Negative: I can't think of anything. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Perhaps the only drawback of the area is that you need to really use a car to get anywhere from there as the house is located at the top of the hill in the quiet area. But this is also the advantage of this place, so I can't really say that this is a negative thing :) We knew this and we liked this :)

Positive: Everything: great location, easy and flexible check-in/check-out, very large apartment, comfortable beds, clean and specious bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Clear instructions, nice host, available when we needed. The view made our stay unforgettable.
