Summary: When selecting a beach rental, our top priorities are cleanliness, light and bright décor, and location – this house checked all boxes! The owners were pleasant to deal with and incredibly responsive. The small details they attended to made it clear that their guests’ comfort was of the utmost importance. The kitchen was well equipped, including grilling accessories for the outdoor barbecue. The dining room had two Keurig machines. Two waffle knit robes were hanging in the primary bedroom and the bathroom was stocked with various toiletries. Freshly laundered, clean smelling bed sheets and bath towels are provided. The location is optimal – a bagel store and Dairy Queen are on the corner. The Edgar Felix Memorial Bikeway entrance sits to the right of the house. The beach is about a mile away. Get there early for free street parking or pay $15 for the day at the large municipal parking lot a few blocks walk. The house is a very short walkable distance (.2 miles) away from the downtown area. Check out Batch for your morning coffee and breakfast, Joe Leone’s for tasty sandwiches, and The Committed Pig’s rooftop for a burger and the rooftop beer garden. Manasquan is a very special town; it has a small-town Americana feel with unique mom and pop shops and a gorgeous beach. Don't leave without heading to Leggetts Sand Bar for a Mami Vice. Pro tip: Order the floater!

Summary: The house was larger and nicer than the photo portray. The attention to detail and little extras made us feel spoiled and right at home. Liz was thoughtful and responsive with question or recommendations for dinner! Close to the adorable town of manasquan and a very short ride to the beautiful beach. The only note is that anyone with mobility issues might want to confer.. steep stairs and a beautiful but high claw tub. We would definitely rent here again!
