Summary: The home was beautiful and you can't beat the view. Perfect space for adults and kids. Very clean and well decorated. Loved the sun porch. Great dock. The kayaks and paddle board was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked this for a bachelor party. Went golfing one day at chestnut valley golf course and then canoeing the next day at Bear River Canoe. Blue Bird Lake house was a great spot to relax after a day of activities. Full grill for barbecuing. Shallow water great for wading, frisbee and football. The neighbors to the west were really friendly. Lots of space inside for cards and hanging out.
