Large 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with screened porch, full service kitchen, dining, and a quiet and peaceful sitting area. The lake house has space to accommodate up to 8 guest. Within walking distance of Pomme De Terre lake with a boat ramp available for launching boats and jet skis in a quiet cove. The home has been totally remodeled with a cabin feel. Large central fire place adds to the serenity of this house. A propane grill is available for use just outside of the kitchen.
A fire pit is available outside for roasting hotdogs and smores! Or just to sit around and enjoy the country air.
It is just a few minutes drive to the Alps grocery store. Dining at Lucky's bar and grill is a short 10 minute drive away. We are approximately 30 minutes from Lucas Oil Speedway.

Summary: The house is very spacious, clean and was perfect for our group. The only issue we had was with the wasps. The house had several wasp nests around the house and would have liked for those to have been knocked down/sprayed prior to our arrival.

Summary: I loved the property. I have actually already booked again for an upcoming family wedding. It was in a quiet location, friendly neighbors and suited my families needs. The screened in room was a bonus and made local family jealous. I would recommend this home to others. Check in was easy and house was clean and welcoming.

Summary: Great home in a great location. Not to close to neighbors in a quiet neighborhood. Large enough for family to gather and enjoy time together. Big perk is in home laundry especially with kids! Definitely will stay again if its avaliable.

Summary: We chose this property because of the reviews. To be quite honest it was very disgusting the refrigerator was disgusting the ceiling fan was disgusting the coffee pot was disgusting the restrooms were disgusting. The sheets did not look like they were washed or smell like they were washed. And everybody should know that before you stay there the water has a strong sulfur smell even after you take a shower you stink. During checking the key was not where it was supposed to be so we spent an hour and a half chasing the key down after a 12-hour trip. But on the positive note the directions were accurate. And the property manager communicated clearly and professionally.

Summary: I needed a place with at least 2 bathrooms to stay while we were racing at Lucas Oil Speedway for the week. I also like to have a kitchen when we are racing for an extended period of time. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, bakeware, and utensils for making about anything. The oven could need a thermostat. The biscuits were a little crunchy coming out. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 6 adults.
