Summary: We booked two rooms in Columbus for our niece's wedding. The rooms were clean, with a king bed and living room, but felt humid, so I had to open the door for fresh air. They don't provide a microwave; I was told it's not allowed because they want guests to eat at the restaurant. The breakfast isn't free. I would stay again at this hotel.

Summary: I did not receive the breakfast coupons which I paid for when I checked in. In the morning, I went to the front desk to inquire about the coupons and the desk clerk told me that she was just helping out and didn’t know where they were located and I could just let them know at the restaurant that my meal was included with my stay. I informed the waitress at the restaurant what the clerk told me and she said that I would have to pay unless I had a coupon. I went back to the front desk and again was told that she didn’t know where the coupons were and to tell the waitress that she would take care of it later. I went back to the restaurant & waited 15 minutes for the waitress to appeared from the kitchen. I finally got fed up, left, & went to McDonald’s to get breakfast on my way to my appointment. Later that evening, I approached the man at the front desk and explained to him that I paid for breakfast to be included with my room and did not receive coupons at the time of check in. He looked up my reservation and said I did have breakfast included and gave me a coupon to use for the next morning and said I would have to stop by the front desk daily to get the coupons because I was going to be there for a 10 day stay. Daily, I went to the front desk to for a coupon. Finally, 3 days before I was scheduled to check out a desk clerk gave me 3 coupons to save me 2 more trips to the front desk. In my opinion, it was too little to late. I checked out early & won’t return.

Summary: The room was clean but a bit dated. Air conditioner was loud and made sleeping a bit of a challenge everytime it kicked on but the bed was comfortable. The restaurant doesn’t open for dinner until 5:00pm but it was well worth the wait. The food was Excellent, we had the steaks and the bartender had a great sense of humor and made the whole experience very enjoyable. They don’t sell snacks, so bring them if you think you might get hungry between the restaurant hours. They have an Airport Shuttle that starts at 4:00 am which made making our 6:00 am flight a breeze. They will also pick you up at the Airport Car Rental to take you back to the Hotel. It seems to be a high crime area based on the signs I saw but the Hotel was secure. Well stay there again next time we visit Columbus.

Summary: There was a wedding going on with very inconsiderate people using the elevators on floor 4 and 5 just going up and down also a lot of noise while trying to sleep for a 5 am flight at the airport. Do not plan on staying again at that price

Summary: This is the most rundown Marriott I have ever stayed in. From the air conditioning not working in the lobby to one elevator permanently out of service as it is ”being modernized,” it needs some serious TLC. I expect more from this brand.

Summary: Advertised coffee shop on-site. Completely shut down. Advertised rooftop area for outside relaxation. No such thing. Ice machines on two floors empty/not working. Other than that, the staff was nice.

Summary: Check in was at 3, so we got there at 2:30. Waited around the lobby until 3 to be checked in just to be told that we had to be put on a waitlist because they didn’t have any clean rooms available. This information was not relayed to us until we got up to check in. No emails, no texts, nothing. We also clearly walked right past the front desk when we got there and nothing was mentioned while the 2 workers just sat and talked. Sat around and watched multiple other couples go through the same ordeal while most of us were trying to get to a concert. Finally ended up getting a room around 3:45, but missed the first two acts at the concert. They definitely dropped the ball and didn’t seem to care about it either.
