Positive: It was so peaceful, homey, and pleasant. My husband and I loved the amenities and wonderful staff. I loved that they fed the neighborhood kitties and named them Pearl and Pickles.

Negative: You couldn’t control the air in the room.

Negative: There were insects in our room. When I mentioned it to the front desk she just told the cleaner to clean the bugs. I expected her to see about extermination. Additionally, the hotel offers free use of bicycles but does not offer a bike friendly path for using them. I asked the front desk about where people take the bikes and she didn't know.

Positive: My son had treatment at nearby hospital and u wanted a hotel that felt like home not a hotel. The Inn was perfect.

Negative: We enjoyed everything.

Summary: My family loved the Inn and all the personal touches. It was in a safe beautiful location and close to the hospital.
