Summary: We were pleased that the house looked exactly like the pictures. Checking in and out was very easy. The neighborhood was quiet and a perfect location. I would definitely booking this place again.

Summary: Unfortunately, the home was not what we expected. The A/C did not work the first day we were there. When we contacted Vacasa, they suggested we open the windows until someone could get there the next day. The blinds would not close, which made the house even warmer. On our second day, a maintenance person came by and told us the A/C was frozen so we should just let it thaw and try it again. Also, while he was there I was showing him that the blinds would not close, when one of them fell on my head. He left the blinds on the floor and said someone would be by to fix them, which never happened. We let the A/C thaw and turned it back on as instructed, but it froze again in less than an hour. I contacted Vacasa again and they sent an A/C tech to take a look at it. When the A/C tech came, he changed the filter, which he stated, looked like it had not been changed in over a year, which is why the A/C was not working. He got it to work for two days, but on our last night there, it stopped working again. Another issue to take note of, is the driveway is quite steep and if you have a lower profile vehicle, it will not go up all the way. Our 2018 Explorer would not go up all the way without damaging our vehicle. We had to leave it parked with the nose of our car partially sticking out into the road.

Summary: This place is stunning. We enjoyed mesmerizing sundown from the patio every single evening and then we had a pleasure to greet the moon after the sun would disappeared behind the mountain. The orchestra of cicadas accompanied our evening tea. Tall pine trees surrounding the house enhanced the feeling of total peace inside and out. The house is super clean, very well maintained and has everything what you could wish for We did not need any help from the manager, but we been contacted a few times to check if we are doing ok, which was just perfect. This was a perfect getaway in a perfect setting and house, which is designed with so much love and maintained impeccably with great attention to tiny details.

Summary: Hello, My sister, my husband, and myself were here for our niece's wedding. The house was very clean and comfortable. I did let the property manager know an animal got into one of trash bins, scattered trash and broke the rim of the trash bin. The only other comment I have are the rocks at the bottom of the steep driveway - it was challenging to navigate the steep driveway with my sister's car and not being able to see the rocks. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Summary: Great location on the top of the mountain. Clean inside, cozy home equipped with all necessities in the kitchen, spices, coffee, and tea. Contemporary design and nice house in general. Driveway parking is very steep and curvy- that was a big problem for us to park and remove our SUV that was about to get damaged. With minor fixes, this is a great place to enjoy your vacations!

Summary: Nice house, but the steep driveway was a huge problem for us. Our minivan got scratched up on the left back bumper and front bottom bumper because of the narrowness and extreme steepness of the driveway. It is really not meant for a large heavy vehicle. There was a metal stand standing in the driveway in front of the car that got blown over in the wind and hit the front bumper overnight. I will have to bring my van to the auto body shop. My daughter was walking barefoot on the carpet in a bedroom and got cut on her foot bottom by something sharp like a staple lying in the carpet. The TV entertainment was nice and had options for many streaming services. The board games were good to have also. The coffee pods, condiments, refrigerator, dishes, and microwave were useful. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and blankets. The central heating was good to have. The electronic chargers came in handy. We had trouble accessing the front door because the code on the lock box would not work the first and second nights we were there. It took about 15 minutes to get in each time and it finally work okay after I called the company and they helped reset it. I would not stay here if you have a large vehicle such as a minivan or SUV. Otherwise, it is a decent place to stay if you don't mind doing stairs as there are stairs to get from the driveway to the front door and then a second story inside the house.
