Situated on a sunlit corner lot, the house offers immediate access to trails within the neighborhood. This two-story residence features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an attached two-car garage, and stunning views of Pikes Peak and the Frontal Range from the primary bedroom, the living room entrance, and the west-facing windows.
The main level boasts an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen and a walk-out to the back patio. The primary bathroom is a luxurious five-piece suite, complete with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and double sinks.
All necessary kitchen utensils for cooking are provided, and the bathrooms are equipped with shampoos, conditioners, bath products, and more.

Summary: I absolutely love this rental! It is a beautiful, clean 2 story home in a nice residential area that is close to shopping and restaurant. It was comfortable and I felt very much at home here. My teenage sons thought it was really expensive because of the tv in all bedrooms and nice decor. It is very reasonable for what it has to offer

Summary: If you're looking for the perfect place for you and your family this is it! Very clean and comfortable. It is obvious Kate is very meticulous in providing the perfect place for her guests without missing a single detail. If you forget something, no worries, Kate has you covered! This house is lacking in absolutely nothing you may need. Everything from toothbrushes to cooking utensils, and coffee, it's all there. The house is very warm, and inviting. From the second you walk in you will feel like you are at home.
