Positive: Nice room. Clean

Negative: Wait staff was vacuuming and sweeping the dining room floors while eating a $100.00 meal. This was at 7:30 pm while everyone was having dinner. Front desk said cleaning crew would refresh room during the day but no one came.

Positive: This was our second time visiting the Marriott Colorado Springs. The hotel has a very warm and friendly feel to it with everyone from business people to families staying there. The staff are just lovely and super helpful. We ate in the restaurant quite a lot as the food was really good. Our room was really spacious and very clean. The facilities at the hotel are great, we used the gym most days.

Positive: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and service in the lobby bar and restaurant was exceptional. We had Lance as our server and he was wonderful. The staff at the front desk and the janitorial staff were great as well.

Negative: I did not appreciate being charged for parking when it was not indicated when I booked, and I paid $500 for a two-night stay. The parking should be included. It was very off putting, although not expensive. My entire time here, there were numerous parking spots -- no issue with space. You should really change this. Also, the beds were only so so. Consider more comfortable bedspreads.

Summary: Overall a nice hotel, beautiful, with great staff.
