Positive: Well you get what you pay for and luckily we weren't there for a long time since we went to an event at knotts so we only needed to sleep

Negative: Room was messy and some stuff was missing and it looked like someone had previously damaged it and it definitely needed a new pain job

Positive: The property was in a great location next to Knott’s Berry Farm and the staff was friendly, rooms were kept up by house keepers and plenty of parking

Negative: They need to spray for bugs just a few in the bathroom work on the air conditioners and update some of the rooms

Summary: Over all was comfortable and we felt safe

Positive: Location and bed comfy

Negative: I had extreme difficulty checking out because of their archaic method for securing a deposit for the room. They basically collect $100 cash money not credit card not debit cash, and put it in a box with your room number on it that they go back to when you check out. Well, when they went back to the box to find my deposit it wasn't there. So they had to call whoever was authorized to release money to me to cover the deposit. That took over half an hour and I nearly missed my plane because of it. All the time it seemed like I was being treated like I did something wrong rather than them having a screw up but they couldn't quickly fix. Other than that the place was good and the bed was very comfortable :-)
