Positive: The family room was very comfortable consisting of 3 floors, 1 floor with dining room, bathroom and kitchen including a washing machine, 2nd floor has a double bed, sofa bed and bathroom, 3rd floor has 2 singles bed. The residence has a very nice garden. The staff were very friendly

Negative: The location is on a very busy road inside the city even though you don't feel it once you are inside the residence. The food was not great. We had lot of ants in the room and the sofa bed was not comfortable

Positive: It was a reasonably secluded site within a bustling area. Well manicured large garden. Very attentive staff. Old colonial building. Loved the toilet being separated from the shower. Ample toiletries were provided. Breakfast included. Loved the friendly cute cat.

Negative: Not easy to find. Description of how to reach the property was not concise or accurate. The description of available facilities is not accurate and needs updating especially related to room views, available banking details and bar facilities. Shower heads and shit off valves need maintenance. Pool was cloudy, beware of coconuts above one end of the pool. Fridge leaks. Breakfast was average compared to previous experiences.

Summary: A pleasing experience where the owner is attempting to maintain and offer a British inspired dwelling from the past.

Positive: A truly beautiful place, very well decorated. Helpful staff who cooked us dinner in the evening. Quiet and spacious room. All you need for a nice relaxing stay. We ran out of time to try swimming pool, unfortunately.

Negative: Nothing. Was just a little hard to find as no signs outside (walk up the stairs and call them).

Positive: Wonderful experience. The young ladies who hosted us were so kind - really very friendly and helpful. The dinner they brought was quite tasty. We stayed in the family room, which was really an entire house onto itself, modern, spacious, and well kept. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, as well as a big terrace with a view. The residence itself looked quite beautiful. Highly recommended.

Negative: Coming from Europe, having to pay the equivalent of a USD amount in LKR in cash is a bit inconvenient.

Positive: Love the bungalow and perfect for filming for Sri Lankan Sign Language dialogues for my courses. The pool is available to swim but unfortunately the weather was bit too cold!

Negative: Love with three separate floors. The staff were helpful and great! They did a good job communicating with me through texting back and forth.
