Positive: The location is great, just off the 101 highway so it was a good location. The property is well-maintained and well-loved by many guests - it is also pet-friendly! We enjoyed the AC, especially during the night, since we traveled during the heatwave week. Toiletries were provided, and we appreciate that!

Negative: Some of the furniture, cookware, and drawers are a little old, but they are generally usable and in good condition. We were slightly taken aback by the list of things to complete during checkout, since there was a $125 cleaning fee charged for the stay, but we complied anyway, since we were prepared for the checkout and wanted to avoid any potential fee.

Positive: The location was great. The bedding and pillows really nice quality, bed was comfortable. Covered parking and patio were really nice, even though the weather kept us from using. My daughter slept on the couch and was surprised at how comfortable that was.

Negative: I would not say these were things we did not like but rather some suggestions. No dish soap was available. Since this is Wine Country, some decent wine glasses and perhaps some info on wine tours would be nice. And some better directions on the heat and air would be really helpful.

Summary: I would definitely stay again, I do come to the area at least once a year.

Positive: The property was close to all of the Wineries we needed to visit. Also close to town for breakfast. It was very clean inside and the bed was very comfortable.The bathroom was remodeled and the shower was great. The TV had all the channels we needed. Love the wooden floors.

Negative: The driveway needs repair. some pretty good potholes. There wasn't a smoke alarm the smoke alarm was removed from the bedroom. My wife eventually found it in one of the drawers. Also did not see a CO2 alarm. No instructions on how to use the Nespresso coffee maker and figured out they also had the wrong coffee pods for the machine. Glad they had another regular coffee maker.

Summary: This was a very quant house in a great location for us. Will come back and stay again.
