Positive: no breakfast. bed was comfy, staff was nice

Negative: not the motels fault, nearby road construction loud and had to make detour to come back to motel while driving south. Someone in neighboring room loud...fighting.

Summary: would stay again if traveling in the area. Nice restuarant within walking distance and Burger King.

Positive: staff were friendly and helpful. i was just passing though so location was great and there’s a gas station and dunkin right in the same plaza so it made my early morning check out convenient

Negative: it seems like there have been some updates since the photos in this listing were taken. the room was cleaned well but the furniture was pretty rough (holes in headboards, burn marks, stains on blankets, etc) and my room smelled like smoke even though i was in a no smoking room. it was also pretty loud, could easily hear people in the hallways and on the floor at all times of day.

Summary: decent if you need a spot to stay passing through but a bit pricey for what you get.

Positive: I stayed at the Colonial Brick for the first time 3 years ago. The room was clean but the decor was outdated. They started renovating and the rooms have a modern decor now. The carpet was replaced by vinyl flooring. Love it.

Negative: There is nothing that I didn't like.

Summary: I highly recommend the Colonial Brick. The staff is very nice.
