Positive: The bungalow with pool, the lunch and dinner menu and staff were excellent. 10/10

Negative: Breakfast was very poor not much healthy selection mostly very unhealthy choices like cakes and flans. I felt the breakfast was very poor in fact I would get breakfast elsewhere not in the hotel. The massage service was also not very good or good value expensive, short and not the full body as you usually get, back, shoulder and back of legs for 480 reals is a rip off. They really need to improve the breakfast omelettes were so small ridiculously small. The breakfast let the hotel down it definitely wasn’t worthy of 5 star. They also need to spend money on the driveway and roads outside it really lets the hotel down with a dirt track approach. It’s meant to be five star that includes breakfast and the approach roads . 1 star for breakfast, 1 star for roads leading to hotel and 4 star for accommodation, 5 star for staff, lunch and Dinner.

Summary: Expected better sadly wouldn’t return to this hotel again.

Positive: The Bungalow was very spacious.

Negative: A couple of things which could be improved considering the price: - wifi. - shower could have better facilities. - outdoor furniture and decorations. - the air conditioners directed straight at the bed. - no entrance mat, which results in sand being brought inside the bungalow. - breakfast service: no English, not hospitable or inviting, very slow. - outbound airport transfer doesn't need to happen 4 hours before the flight when the airport is 10 minutes away and smaller than the hotel.

Negative: We bought a package that included a dinner and massage. They ended up not having availability for the massage and then instead of refunding that part of the package they literally offered nothing and responded "sorry it was bought it a package nothing we can do" I think this hotel management needs to remember they are in the hospitality business.

Positive: The stay at Pousada Colina SPA was great. The staff is super nice and always trying to make sure we have everything needed. The location was good, 15-20 minutes walk to Praia do Cachorro, breakfast was simple but good options and the restaurant food was great.

Negative: The cost was a bit too high for what it offers. Had the opportunity to explore other hotels while in the island and there are other options that offer similar infra for a much lower cost.

Positive: Great view, clean, friendly and helpful stuff.

Negative: It is difficult to justify the price of the room and hotel itself. It’s nice but not luxury, overpriced to extreme as everything else is on the island. Island itself including nature, underwater, surfing are great and I am happy I got a chance to explore but……..I think Bali would have similar things to offer at 1/5 of the price.
