Summary: Colhurst House is proper luxury accommodation at a pretty reasonable price. The bed was excellent, and the downstairs bathroom was the most luxurious I have ever seen. Parking is easy.

Summary: No frills budget room with a bed and a clean bathroom in a 150 year old quirky little mansion. The "breakfast served daily" note in this Expedia listing is to be interpreted as served downtown in the restaurant of your choice (and paid for by you) LOL. The vibe here is memorable and the history is fascinating. We loved our stay.

Summary: Large room (#4), a unique experience from a hotel/motel. No on site management/reception. No A/C in the bedroom itself but in the bathroom. No blackout drapes - room very light for sleeping. Shower had little water pressure. Interesting for a one night stay.
