3 Bedroom House in Mount Gambier

Open plan living/dining/ kitchen area includes access to front and back of house through sliding doors. Heating is gas ducting heating throughout the home. The kitchen is equipped with a range of cooking basics with gas hotplates, electric oven , dishwasher, and microwave. We supply tea/coffee/sugar/milo and milk. Linen cupboard in passage is locked so can not access this. All other cupboards accessible.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, full walk in closet and access to bathroom.
Bedroom 2 offers Double bed with a built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with double bed on bottom and single on top.
All mattresses are pillow top
A fully equipped laundry with washing machine and access to outside Clothes lines. There is a clothes airer available in the house. The property has a three way bathroom with shower and bath with separate toilet and vanity.
At the back of the house is a semi-closed in pergola with outdoor seating for seven people and BBQ.
Out the front is a large stone fence giving maximum privacy and a quiet place to have a cuppa and read a book or enjoy the morning sun. There is a security camera facing the front door near the garage door.

Summary: We loved staying at Relax on Lee. The property was spacious, comfortable, secure and centrally located which made it easy to go to nearby shops and see the sights of Mount Gambier. The property was very clean and felt so homely, the extra little family orientated touches made it the perfect place to stay with children. Thank you Melissa, we hope to visit again in the future.
