Summary: The stay was fine. Had 2 rooms 1 had no toilet paper. The other room smelled like animal urine but was clean.

Summary: Area outside and parking lot was clean. Room smelled clean when I entered. Everything was nice. Will stay here again.

Summary: Rooms left a lot to be desired. Floors were dirty. Walking from the bath to the bed, barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were black. Hot water was non-existent the night we arrived, however there was plenty the following morning. We bought towels at the Dollar General, so we would have decent towels. Rooms are noisy and neighbors can be heard easily. We won't be back.

Summary: I would stay at Coldspring Inn at a future date if they invested in some fresh pillows. They were abnormally small and did not appear clean. A decent comfortable pillow is not that expensive and would have easily raised my experience form 3 stars to 4.5 stars.

Summary: We only stayed there as a necessity because of its location. I would not recommend. We had a non-smoking room that had cigarette burns in all the furniture and the bedding.
