Positive: The property was in a tranquil location a few minutes walk from the other resorts, restaurants and shops. The facilities are new, having stayed during their opening season (Feb 2026). The staff were all helpful and friendly, offering great hospitality and service.

Negative: There wasn’t direct road access to the resort which meant one had to carry their luggage across the beach from the taxi zone (or make arrangements for one of the staff members to help carry for you). It was a minor inconvenience, but do be aware before booking. The food available on site was good overall, however, I enjoyed dining at other local restaurants and cafes in the area (there are high quality, healthy, and inexpensive options), which were better value in my opinion. The resort could improve by offering a few items which they do really well, instead of catering to all tastes.

Positive: The rooms are huge and the bed is very comfy and the staff were very friendly. The staff were very responsive helping taxi driver find the place and with bags. Quiet spot right on the end of the beach and the food was great.

Negative: It is a walk down a back road to get there you wouldn’t find it if they didn’t come to collect you.

Positive: Location is great, we loved everything about it and would happily stay there again! Food was excellent and we were also really look after whilst sun bathing on the sun beds, which are also great and beach towels provided 🙏🏽❤️

Positive: The cabanas are beautiful, spacious, immaculately clean snd very tastefully decorated. The beds are so comfortable it is hard to leave them and the rooms are fully equipped with great tv etc.. All the staff are so nice and make you feel right at home. The service makes you feel like you are in a 5star hotel! They will meet you to carry your luggage as there is a short stroll across the beach to get to it. Coccoo is located at the very quiet end of Patnem beach and has the best sunbeds on the beach. The manager of this place is the real stand out of my experience here! Saroj Rijal will assist you with any issues you have and honestly is the best host, he really gives you the 5star treatment which makes this place so special. The waiters and other staff across the resort are fantastic too including pavitra. Kushal is a lovely chap and the very attentive waiter, always happy to get you anything you need with a smile and nice chat! Pradeep the chef is fantastic too and was happy to get us some food when we were tired from travel when everywhere was closed. I really can’t fault this place and will be telling all my friends to stay here if visiting patnem beach. I extended my stay for an extra 10 days here and I hope to come back next year!
