Summary: Staff was nice and personable. The place was clean along with a nice breakfast the following morning. Also, there was plenty of parking, too.

Summary: Staff was good and friendly. When I checked in, my fridge did not work and ice melt out, floor was completely wet.

Summary: The staff were friendly but the room itself needed to be cleaned. The toilet was filthy and my shower became a bath fast. The hotel guy tried to give us another room while we were checking out a day early due to an incoming snow/ice storm. He was apologetic but we will not be staying there again.

Summary: I booked a king room on Expedia and was given a room with two queen beds. I was told it was because I did not book directly with the hotel and so they would not guarantee a specific room type. I was told the two queen beds was an upgrade. I booked a king room for my husband and I, and two smaller beds is not an upgrade for one larger bed. The coffee maker was filthy. There was no towel hook on the bathroom door. They do not clean the room daily and we were there for four nights. I was very disappointed because this property was in an ideal location but we would not stay there again.
