Summary: Much more pleasant than 2 other Inns we stayed at on our travel to and from Boone,Iowa.

Positive: Nice variety of breakfast options available. Beds are comfortable.

Negative: Staff was not friendly. She acted like it was a bother to wait on me. I stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes before she ever came out of the back room. I didn't like being charged for things I did not use or have. I had to ask for a receipt at check out. Good thing I did! I was charged for a pet that I did not have. Night manager said he saw a cat in my window, but that wasn't true and what is he doing looking in my window, that's creepy. I don't have a pet nor do I ever intend on getting one. Front desk girl went into hiding to call the manager. When she came out she didn't even say one word to me.

Summary: I probably would not stay here again. WATCH YOUR BILL!!!

Positive: The staff were all very polite, positive, and accomodating! We even received a call after we settled in, just to ask if our room was satisfactory! I have never had that happen before! The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I have had.

Negative: Only bad thing was that my husband noticed our room smelled like dog. He is very sensitive to the smells.

Summary: We will stay here anytime we are in the area!
