Positive: The staff was the b est we have been welcomed by at this location in years of coming here!!!!! The room was spotless . Those beds are crazy comfortable especially for a guest with severe back issues when traveling. The outside area is beautiful and open to lake views.
Negative: The breakfast has made an obvious attempt to make improvement over the years but continues to need a better quality. Hard boiled eggs are a protein that is appreciated! The coffee is the best I have had at a hotel— Seattles Best.
