Summary: Rooms cleaned beds where nice. Nice chairs in the rooms view of Lake Michgan was right there. Breakfast was good but service was slow on the 2nd day. Close to alot of eating places. The staff was very friendly. Alot of places to go walking near the hotel. Lots of places to go fishing. The beach is right there.

Summary: I enjoyed our stay here. It was great being right by the lake. The private beach was very nice. They even had a very nice fireworks show from the beach area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Saturday night dinner service was a bit slow and a sauce with our appetizer was cold and should have been at least room temp. Our waitress was excellent about it and we were compensated with free drinks. The restaurant had great food and drinks at reasonable prices. The view was wonderful!

Summary: Very polite staff. My son dropped his license in the room at checkout, housekeeping turned it in right away to the front desk and she called me immediately. They were going to mail it but we had not left town yet. Nice walkways and seating areas around the outside. Very easy access just steps away from the beach. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: Place needs an update. If your tall or have knee issues you will hate the toilets. And the chairs in the rooms are for midgets.The rooms are very clean,people are very nice and the view is worth any problems you will have. We still go there at least 3 times a year for the different seasons. Love the area.

Summary: The hotel is convenient to Lake Michigan for our fishing trip. There are also plentiful trails, restaurants and stores. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast is at the attached restaurant and the outside seating at the lakefront is nice. However, the service both mornings was very slow, despite coming later when it was not as busy. It took about 10 minutes after being seated to be acknowledged. The food was good.
