Summary: The positive points: This is a beautiful hotel with excellent views of the ocean! The nova restaurant has amazing food and the weight staff is very friendly and a tentative. They will be happy to give you recommendations of what to do around the island. The rooms come with a coffee maker, sink and basic kitchen essentials. The bathtub is huge! The little beach area in front of the hotel has really comfy beds and umbrellas. But there’s no beach access to the water because it’s rocky. However, there is a dock with a ladder that you can use. The pool and the hot tub are also amazing!! Things to know: -when we checked in, there was no one manning the reception. You will be asked to download WhatsApp if you don’t already have it and call a number where they will send you a code to the room lock. -you must ask to have your room cleaned. We didn’t know this until the third day. We asked on the third day and were disappointed that they did come. I texted again and finally on the fourth day we got fresh towels and our room cleaned. -We did not drink the tapwater, but the wait will be happy to fill up your water bottles from the bars filtered water. -there is an amazing restaurant on site called Nova. The wait staff is awesome and the food is delicious but it did cost US$104 for two hamburgers and one glass of wine. Overall, this is an awesome place to stay is off the beaten path from several mile Beach, but not far to get to some good snorkeling sites.

Summary: The hotel was reasonably priced, cute and the restaurant onsite was a nice bonus. Unfortunately there was no staff on site past 5pm and sometimes earlier. Beach and regular towel service was hard to come by and they typically ran out of towels in the morning. Staff was courteous. Beware of extremely thin walls, if you have rowdy guests next door, you will hear everything! I would recommend for the beautiful grounds however room could use some repair in some areas. Overall, nice hotel, will need a car.

Summary: My room was noisy. The room behind my room had guests who made loud noises all night long. The hotel lacks a quite time rule . The staff needs to have quite time policies and enforce them.

Summary: The hotel was lovely, the room well kept. The true highlight of this was the management. Poppy was amazing, best and most knowledgeable host you could ask for. With recommendations and crucial knowledge of the Grand Cayman. The hotel beach is also gorgeous.
