Summary: CoastingTime is the ideal place for a large family vacation, the place is close to the beach, a short walk across the street. The 2 kitchens and 6 bathrooms is ideal. The large swimming pool and hot tub really add to the value of this place.Everything was in geeod shape for our vacation. We have stayed at this place numerous times and look forward to comming back again next year. Iy recommend Coastin Time for a family vacation.

Summary: Andrew responded quickly when I had questions or concerns. Fabulous owner. Duplex type House worked well with younger adults downstairs and older adults upstairs. Pool was fantastic along with the hot tub. Short walk to public beach walkway.

Summary: Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable! We did have a few issues but when we contacted Andrew, we were very satisfied with resolution of the problem. There were issues with the pool and hot tub...the pool was cloudy and had algae in it and the hot tub was brown. My children, who have a pool, worked on scrubbing the pool and purchased supplies to shock the pool and get rid of the algae...we were reimbursed for our purchases. However, by the end of the week, the cloudiness and algae had returned. Communication with Andrew was awesome! There were a few other small issues that should be resolved.....one of the icemakers didn't work, dishes in the cabinets were dirty, one of the blenders was missing its lid, and the laundry washers only provided hot water even when set on cold, But all-in-all, we loved the house...our bed was so comfortable. I don't think I have slept so well on a vacation! The area was so quiet and peaceful. And Andrew was terrific! Thanks for a great vacation!

Summary: We had a large family gathering in the house at Thanksgiving and enjoyed it so much then that we returned to celebrate a family member’s 15th birthday. Both times we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Checking in was a breeze and the host was again very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated in a charming coastal theme. Everyone was happy with the size and the comfort of their bedrooms and beds. The kitchens had everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of room for lounging around, playing games, watching TV after playing in the pool, and spending a bit of quiet time apart when needed. The pool and the hot tub were large, clean, and nicely heated. The tables, chairs, and sun beds gave us plenty of room for family and birthday party guests to relax in between bouts of swim races, chicken fights, freeze tag, water gun battles and so many other pool games. The location was convenient to all things fun in North Myrtle Beach and only a walk across the street to the beach to enjoy sunsets and shell collecting. It really is an awesome house that all ages enjoyed. We’re already talking about planning our third stay!!

Summary: Andrew was the best host I’ve ever experienced. He was extremely responsive from booking to checking in, and from settling in to checking out. The house was clean and tidy and merry all of our expectations. The pool and hot tub was cleaned and warm!!! We decided to vacation there every year because of his hospitality. I can’t wait to come back to relax again!!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at your Coastin' Time rental. There was plenty of room for our whole family of 16 and 2 dogs. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and spacious and we all enjoyed plenty of outdoor time together also. Your location is great with such a short walk to the beach and on the Wednesday while we were there we even hired a private photographer to take family photos on the beach. We had a great stay in your house and would love to come back again another time. Thank you so much for the great memories.
