Summary: Relatively recently renovated, but very poorly maintained. Located inly 20min away from Monterey, so it would be a great cheap alternative if the place was little tidier

Summary: I suppose, for the price, I didn't expect too much but even then the place was disappointing. I was not a fan of the echo-prone hard surfaces everywhere in the room and the tile on the bathroom floor was scary slippery after the measly shower curtain failed to contain any overflow from the floor-level shower. There was an empty mini-fridge and a microwave in the room but it would've been great to have a one-cup coffee maker - because even if there was coffee available in the "lobby" they keep the exterior door locked (presumably because of concerns about crime?). Regrettably, cannot recommend.

Summary: The room was lack luster. Broken bath tissue holder, nightstand in between beds and mold on the roof in the shower area.
