Summary: We really enjoyed our time at this townhome. Most listings are less spacious in person than they appear, but this one exceeded our expectations on space. The bunk rooms fit all our kids easily and we loved all the space. The highlight was the ability to go outside and fish or play right on the sandy beach. Everyone we met was really friendly. We loved the kayaks, paddleboard and beach toys. The kitchen and dining space had plenty of room for both families. We no longer have an infant, but the master closet would easily fit a pack and play. The master bathroom was huge. Bring your own beach towels, coffee and condiments. The dryer only really worked on the time setting, not the sensor setting. Check in was a little challenging, but once we got that sorted, we had no issues at all our entire stay and would definitely come back! Lots of dolphins swam by on the intercostal and there was quick access to groceries, restaurants and the beach! Beautiful spot.

Summary: We loved the location and the layout of the property. We had a great view of the beach and canal from the patio. The neighborhood is clean and well kept and everything was as described. It’s a great place for families. We also loved the fishing.

Summary: Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Our kids (ages ranging from 22-12) had such a great time! Not once did we hear “I’m bored.” When we first arrived the internet was out due to area outage and the kids didn’t even notice with so much else to do! Incredible! Steps from the back patio to the quiet, private beach, the boys enjoyed fishing in the bay, the girls enjoyed laying on the clean beach and we all enjoyed the water! The pool is super close to the townhouse, we made great use of the bikes available riding around the complex and down the bike trails. Plenty of space to spread out inside, so everyone had their privacy. All the amenities you need in the kitchen and out! We will ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Summary: The house was absolutely beautiful! We had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs. The grill needs to be replaced as it was very nasty and rusted up. The private beach was so convenient and relaxing! Check in was a bit confusing but the office was quick to respond to guide us. The property amenities were way off which was disappointing. We did not have access to the gym and we never saw an indoor pool. I did find a route to run and felt safe venturing out of the subdivision. Overall we had an amazing time and will absolutely book this property again!
