Positive: I used to live in that area so I visited a lot of Old Friends and even my old home that I had there.

Negative: The bathtub needs a handrail I'm 72 and handrails getting out of the tub is really a must also I missed a washing machine first on my rent and there was no washer for clothes. It was wonderful to get a key for the door my finger shake and that keypad was very very difficult for me to use.
