Summary: Very. Disappointing of the front desk staff on July 18. I had a room booked for 2 nights July 17-19 I am from the mainland so I had emergency at home and had to check out early seems like they really didn't care and were all about the money when I was told you can check out early but you won't get any money back you paid for 2 nights. The money is not the problem it is the customer service these are the people that greet your customers.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. Room was spacias and it is centrally located and perfect for exploring. The ferry to Quadra Island is a short walk across the street. The breakfast that is included was really good (especially if you're a lover of bacon). We will definitely stay again!

Summary: Clean, comfy hotel, heating and cooling did not seem to work. Excellent water views. Breakfast was good and fresh. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Clean room but very dated. No air con, which when we arrived with hot temperatures was very uncomfortable. Second day no hot water in the morning for showers. Breakfast was okay. Staff were very kind and helpful and apologetic for the hot water situation.
