Negative: it’s an old hotel and a bit outdated, so it needs a bit of an update, understandingly i realise that would be very costly but one thing i think would help is smart tvs in all the rooms, would be better for people wanting to watch movies during their stay, i would’ve preferred that and im sure lots of other people would have especially people with young kids to keep them occupied, much more consumer satisfaction would come. otherwise for the price and venue, very good
