Positive: Good breakfast. Nice woodsy location, spring water plenty warm! Staff were nice.

Negative: Room pretty small and mattress very bad. Second night, we used all blankets as a "mattress topper" to create more padding. For this price, please provide nicer mattresses. Bathroom was not very inviting either.

Summary: Lovely springs, nice location, need better mattresses
