Positive: Great staff, great pool and wonderful food. We never bored of any of them. The staff were without exception friendly, interested and helpful and we miss them already. The pool was vast and very clean with very helpful pool staff. The food was an excellent mix of western and Asian with enough variety to keep us invested for the 8 weeks we stayed at the hotel. The gardens are particularly lovely with a very nice walk around the edge of the lagoon - plenty of wildlife if you wish.

Negative: The evening entertainment (music) was the same every week playing exactly the same repertoire each week, which became, not surprisingly, a bit tedious over 8 week. Some was good and some was not so good. Some of the facilities need updating, but we understand that a renovation of the property is in the offing. The room was fine, if a little tired. We had an accessible room which was fine, though the open shower needed some careful placement of towels to ensure the floor did not become wet and slippery. The whole property is accessible by wheelchair. The location is quiet, which is fine, but you need transport to get to the shops, ATM, etc. However there is plentyy of transport available outside the hotel or through PickMe.

Summary: We felt like part of an enormous family!

Positive: Place and location was nice Beach area is restricted from 10-5pm.
