Positive: Beautiful hotel area, large rooms (we had triple rooms), good choice of food many times a day, all was clean and nice. Very kid friendly hotel - There were toilets and dining tables in kids size and good playgrounds in the park and on the beach. Kids just loved the hotel. Aquapark is also big and offered good entertainment for many of us.

Negative: Compared to other 5star hotels the show program was weak and not too good options for nightlife, at least not in the end of April, maybe it is better in high season. For our kids-centered holiday it was still all perfect and enough.

Positive: Swimming pools . Aqua park . Sea is near . Gardens and trees are nice . Free children slides .

Negative: there is one of Gozleme staff that make them . is surly and not smiling .. though gozleme is delecious but her attitude is bad .. No variety of food. After dinner meal (11:00) is too moderate . Room safe box is not free Location is too far from the airport

Positive: A perfect place to stay with a family. Really tasty and various food, comfy beds, good beach. The personal is nice and polite. Multiple pools for everyone: one with music and one silent, awesome small pool for kids.

Negative: Paper cups for water. I understand that it’s because plastic cups are bad for nature but as for me the reusable ones are better.

Positive: The food was really tasty and there was plenty of variety. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The facilities at the place are pretty decent. All in all, it’s great value for money.

Negative: The place is a bit dated now – especially the rooms, which could definitely do with a bit of a refurb to bring everything up to scratch. There were hardly any plug sockets in the room. In the triple room we had, only one bed had a socket by it. The bathroom – especially the shower area – could really do with an update. Entertainment was alright – not amazing, but at least it was there.
