Positive: Location suits us perfectly for a weekend event which takes place nearby. It's a peaceful spot with easy parking. The cabin is clean, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. From the verandah we watched the stars and heard owls hooting nearby!
Negative: We appreciate the importance of being able to leave quickly in the event of an emergency, and the emergency exits are all well signed with display lighting. However the bright green lights mean that the space is not very dark in the evenings. I booked many months in advance, which is always a bit risky, as life can get in the way, but to secure the property it was necessary to pay in full at the time of booking. I prefer to make the final payment nearer to the time of the trip.
Summary: Our third time at Lavender Place and another excellent weekend!

Negative: Got a little hot and couldn’t quite get the aircon to work.
