Summary: Room was excellent. We had a 1 bdrm space with a separate living space with table, couch, and kitchenette. The room was spotless and comfortable. Public transportation was right around the corner and easy to use.

Summary: The hotel is very central and has a little kitchen, which is very helpful. Clean rooms with a sitting area. Big enough for 4-5 days to stay. keep coming back to this hotel.

Summary: Spent 1 night at this location during our tour of Germany. The room itself was a decent size. It is finished very simply (painted floors). The front desk has limited check in hours, but does have a provision for after hours check in. Check out was simple and straight forward. Comfortable enough stay.

Summary: A unique, clean, and quiet loft in a perfect location. Staff is very kind and helpful! Loys of restaurants and shopping in the area, and a short bus ride to the city center

Summary: We stayed for 2 weeks in August in a Cosmopolitan Superior Loft. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of space in the wardrobe for unpacking clothes. The mattress was comfortable but pillows were flat. The room itself could have been a bit cleaner. The table had sticky spots on it that obviously had not been wiped after the previous guests and the fridge had spills inside and few stray blueberries! Because the room only gets cleaned once per week, we had to ask for additional towels and dishwasher tabs. We had an issue with the shower drain being clogged but it was addressed quickly. During the day staff was available, however not in the evenings or weekends. On Saturday evening our toilet stopped working and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone even when calling the emergency line. So we had to wait until Monday to have it fixed. This caused an inconvenience as we were forced to leave the hotel to use the bathroom. While staff were apologetic, no compensation was offered. The location is good, just a short walk to the bus and train. Within 5 minutes by train you are in the city centre. A Reve grocery store is right around the corner which was very convenient, as well as many cafes and restaurant options. I gave the hotel a 4 star rating due to location and room size for longer stays.
