Positive: We had an amazing time at the Cloud House Sapa! We booked last minute, late night before the day of check in. Our sleeper bus arrived between 6-7am and even though normal check in is at 2pm, we were allowed to check in straight away! The location is about 20-30 mins walk from the main bits in town. We loved it! Peaceful and quiet location (much better than in the hectic centre), and food options are still super close to the accommodation. Best was by far the lovely owner of Cloud House Sapa. Always available in the lobby, making sure we're okay and got everything we need, super helpful with any questions we had. And she even looked after my partner when he was very poorly with an upset stomach, making him a baguette and several ginger teas for free. She really did go the extra mile and has been ever so kind from start to finish. Thank you! PS: the bed could have comfortably fit 4 people!!

Positive: On arriving I was greeted by the owner who had the most wonderful smile, and was wonderfully welcoming. I arrived a little early and was invited to have a tea whilst waiting. When I got to the room it was an incredibly big room, and had a fantastic cost feel. The room was well designed and having a plug in the middle of the wall of the bed made all the difference on convenience. The bathroom was a walk in shower with fantastic power and warmth, and a great sized sink. Definitely the best hotel I've stayed at in Vietnam!

Positive: Very nice and helpful Hosts. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are clean and a good size. The Hotel is little outside the center but quieter and easy to reach on foot, just a short walk. So for us it was perfect. The center can be very noisy and busy.

Positive: Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious and comfortable, but the true highlight was the incredible coffee and breakfast. The owner was so welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
