Positive: We had an amazing time at the Cloud House Sapa! We booked last minute, late night before the day of check in. Our sleeper bus arrived between 6-7am and even though normal check in is at 2pm, we were allowed to check in straight away! The location is about 20-30 mins walk from the main bits in town. We loved it! Peaceful and quiet location (much better than in the hectic centre), and food options are still super close to the accommodation. Best was by far the lovely owner of Cloud House Sapa. Always available in the lobby, making sure we're okay and got everything we need, super helpful with any questions we had. And she even looked after my partner when he was very poorly with an upset stomach, making him a baguette and several ginger teas for free. She really did go the extra mile and has been ever so kind from start to finish. Thank you! PS: the bed could have comfortably fit 4 people!!
