Robo vacuum, vacuum and 2 air purifiers. Murphy bed in 2nd bedroom. Modular sofa folded in garage turns into two twins/ king bed. Mattress toppers available. Summary: What a beautiful holiday we had at Laurel’s beautiful home. It is furnished in a cute beachy, bohemian style! Everything about it is comfortable and special! The patios are wonderful for coffee and dinners, the king bed is super comfy and it’s all right next to the pool. We are grateful to our wonderful hostess Laurel for her kindness and hospitality !

Summary: Great mattress and nice bathrooms. Layout of unit very functional. Best pools in complex steps away. Kitchen full of useful items everything’s there. Our Dog liked the front and back patios and nighttime walks all around Park Palms ring road at night and mornings. Location, Portola is a quiet road for traffic but connects to everything. Airport far away no noisy planes either. Host responsive to all queries

Summary: Laurel was AN AMAZING HOSTESS and such a pleasure to deal with. The place is super quiet and feels like home. Nothing pretentious just comfortable and lovely. AWESOME location right next to the new pool. Beautiful grounds.

Summary: Great location….10 steps to the pool and jacuzzi! The set up of the house made you feel that you are living in a friend’s home. Wonderful pond with a waterfall off the rear patio…..so very peaceful in the desert nights. Laurel is a fantastic host going above and beyond to work with you. I will be going back next year!

Summary: Condo location was great! Laurel was great to deal with, most generous host we’ve had. Location by the pool was great! The layout of the condo worked well. King sized bed was super comfy. Would like to stay again!

Summary: The condo is in a gated community with nice pools, hot tubs and community center. The grounds are well kept with streams, ponds and waterfalls providing beauty and white noise. The unit is spacious and comfortable with a nice patio surrounded by a metal rail fence. This was great for the dog. Tile floors, nicely updated master bath. The master bed was comfortable. The Murphy bed in the second bedroom was adequate but not great.

Summary: Laurel's place is absolutely excellent! Beautiful property, comfortable accomodations, convenient location near pool/amenities, quiet yet vibrant neighborly. Host really cares and wants to make sure you get what you pay for without being overly attentive. Great spot for dogs! 100 percent would stay again and recommend! Summary: Laurel was easy to work with and stayed in touch. The property is ideally located next to the pool and clubhouse and the grounds are beautiful. The only downside was the cleanliness. Floors and countertops were not as clean as we would have liked.
