Summary: The property was clean when we arrived, and suitable for our family consisting of two adults two teens, and our little french bulldog. There was no pet smell whatsoever upon entering, nor was there any pet hair or stains visible to us. There is a small back yard that is fenced off, the fence opens up to a park area, which is a perfect set up for kids and pets. We were a little bummed that the refrigerator and dryer were not working, but thankfully there was a refrigerator in the garage (access just off the kitchen) that we were able to use. We were also glad to be able to use the garage during our stay, with extra garage remotes, it came in handy during cold and rainy weather. The neighborhood was very quiet and seemed safe. We did not have to contact the host much, but when we did they responded quickly. There were minor cosmetic flaws throughout the home, however none of which affected our comfort or our stay.
