Summary: Classic older home well switched up into 2 casitas. Owner kept old fixtures, flooring, and windows while modernizing for upscale comfort. The perfecct mix for us. We did not expect a casita with the old neighborhood feel present. What a sweet surprise. Tea on the SE facing front porch was a great way to pretend we lived there, as locals walked dogs, jogged, strolled or biked by.
