Summary: This rental was awesome in many ways. The house is comfy, and the open-concept kitchen, living room, dining room was great. Plenty of space for my group. That said, we were unable to get into the property the first night despite the fact that my friend and I spent two hours on the phone calling "emergency" numbers to no avail. We talked to multiple people who offered us empty promises and no callbacks. In a true emergency, don't expect help from the property managers. We called 7-8 hotels before finding a vacancy at the Motel 6. Needless to say, that's not the experience we were looking for. If you rent this property, I HIGHLY recommend arriving during business hours so that you can get help in case something goes wrong.
