Positive: Owner was very helpful in letting us drop our bags earlier than check in. Chao always communicated straight away. It was an easy check in and out. Place was tidy and modern and easy to lock and leave. Price was very good value for money and I would easily stay there again, or recommend to others.

Negative: Unfortunately there was no hand towel in the bathroom, but a spare bath towel was easily found. It would be very helpful to have a small milk in the fridge to go with the tea, coffee and sugar provided.

Positive: The place was lovely. Very clean and well equipped. It was a very pleasant stay. There was one car park space assigned.

Negative: The washing machine was very quiet and did a great job but remember to allow at least one hour for the drying function to release the door lock after it finishes drying. Maybe confirm with the owner for the exact time frame. This made us very late to leave as we thought the drying cycle was only 30 mins.

Positive: It’s very nicely decorated. Felt at home. Well kept. Toilet bowl comes with the washer like the Japanese but manual function which works just as good and heated seat.

Negative: Neighbors can be a little loud so goes to show the estate sound proofing may not be good but overall, loved it and one of the best accommodation for similar valued priced.
