Positive: It was quintessential French countryside amongst the vineyards. Beautiful rooms, great pool and grounds, super nice area for dining (in or outside). Ample parking with lots of privacy.

Negative: It as a little further away from things than we anticipated but it didn’t detract from the amazing qualities of the property and its proprietors.

Positive: Very last minute booking and the place was perfect after a long drive. Fab location just outside of Bordeaux, so peaceful and great hosts. We ordered an uber eats which was delivered to the room.

Positive: The location, Jean and the service, the room. We usually stay In Bordeaux city but after choosing Clos we will now always come here. Super calm, beautiful, great host and also really luxurious. And really awesome breakfast!!

Negative: Only missing a fridge in the room. Literally the only thing.

Positive: The host were very friendly and helpful also very spontaneous. We enjoyed our stay over for 1 night, swimming pool was very nice even the room and environment were very clean nice . Well equipped good bed beautiful location, dog friendly ! Dinner was nice, the menu card was smaal but enough to choose ( also vegetarian) they did their best , breakfast was local and fresh So this a beautiful stay to remember and is highly recommended. We sure come back to Jean Philip and Virginie.

Room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had great air con, lovely seating area/terrace, pool is gorgeous, fab food and lovely terrace. Can’t recommend highly enough, we will be back! Service was fantastic - thanks! Great for our dog as well.
