Positive: A beautiful setting and wonderful hotel stay, room was very spacious and bed comfortable. High tea was particularly enjoyable.

Positive: It's expensive but for special occasions I think worth it. They do an excellent job taking care of you and the food is excellent. Great linens, bed and pillows. The house is beautiful, of course, if a bit worn in places. Great walking on site. Close to Heathrow if that matters. You get a taste of what it must have been like to spend a weekend at a country estate in the old days.
