Positive: Fantastic grounds with a running creek and mountain backdrop! Clean room and accommodating staff that allowed late checkout so we could shower after our hike. Loved the on site BBQ stations for smores and easy walk to the park

Positive: Great location just at 400m walking distance from the Zion park entrance, friendly staff, beautiful gardens to rest and to have an evening drink, enjoyable swimming pool (especially during the Summer period)

Negative: The rooms are rather small and are a bit outdated. A refresh would be needed.

Positive: the hotel location is 2 minuets walk from the entrance to the park. the breakfast is unbelievable. the restaurant serves the breakfast and everything from the menu is possible. then they charge the hotel for the dish price. you are only responsible for the tip. the dishes are great, you just need to reserve a table in advance since the restaurant is full most of the time. the hotel has a great heated pool and Jacuzzi. the views of the river and the cliffs from the rooms is great. the room we got was perfect for a family of 5 and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Negative: the driers in the laundry room did not work well.

Summary: enjoyed every minuet! this will be our first pick if we go again to Zion park.
