Cliff Diver House is a completely renovated 1950’s home in downtown San Antonio. This gorgeous 2nd floor, two bedroom, two bath home is beautifully furnished with whimsical hand painted furniture and tastefully decorated. The home has all new modern appliances, cable TV, Wifi, and private parking. Located only 1.5 blocks from the Riverwalk and a short walk to all downtown attractions. This home was renovated to be short term housing with all modern conveniences and amenities incorporated. Please enjoy!
The space
High Diver House is a beautifully renovated upstairs duplex conveniently located to all San Antonio downtown attractions. Our home is modern, with the preserved old-fashioned charm and free private parking. It is within 1.5 blocks to the Riverwalk entrance, a short walk to Pearl Brewery, Convention Center, Att Center, Majestic theater and Market Square. You can enjoy the Tower of the Americas and City lights from the porch patio table. There are several trendy restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our beds are brand new and comfy, along with a kitchen any chef would envy. Very easy access to the freeways. The home boasts all new appliances, Roku TVs, free WIFI and cable, coffee, shampoo dispensers, and a home security system. The doors have a unique code for easy 24 hour check in. This is an upstairs unit, so you will have to climb a flight of stairs. Please enjoy the comfort of our home!
We do have our short term housing permit for San Antonio.

This is a wonderful private, safe and secure home. The parking is exclusive to this unit and will accommodate two (2) large vehicles. There is additional street parking and a paid parking lot at the end of the block that will accommodate very large vehicles. The door locks, security system and and HVAC are operated with smartphones. There are backup mechanisms in place for those that do not have smartphones. The smart locks facilitate 24 access via the smartphone. There is never a need for guests to exchange keys or codes for entry. There is a full size washer and dryer. The backyard is shared space with a patio table and chairs.

The entire house, 318 and 320 Balitmore are short term rentals Both units "Vicky's Place" 320 the downstairs unit and "Cliff Diver House" 318 the upstairs unit are similar in size, amenities, and decor. Summary: The house was absolutely adorable! Artistic whimsy that I absolutely adore! It is located on a quiet street walking distance to the Riverwalk. Will definitely try and stay there again if I get back to San Antonio!

Summary: We had never been to San Antonio and wanted a property close to the sites and activities. This charming second floor unit was perfectly situated and had everything we could ask for. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have keyless entry. If you are older like we are you may want to learn how to use Roku TVs before you get there. The River Walk was within easy walking distance as was the Alamo. We used a car for the other sites. Highly recommend!

Summary: Based on reviews and listing, I had very high expectations. They were exceeded. Great extra little touches made our stay extremely enjoyable. We enjoed coffee on patio in the morning and cocktails at night.There is also a smaller back patio out of the sun. Less than 20 minute walk to The Alamo and Riverwalk, but on an very quiet, safe street.

Summary: This is a great place to stay. Upstairs and quiet. The neighborhood is great and we stayed here in order to be close to the Pearl area. A short few minute drive away. In the evening we cruised downtown to take-in the atmosphere. Again just a few minutes away on St. Marys St. I would stay here again and the place is really interesting with decor and the story of the High Diver! The pictures posted are the real deal.

Summary: Well appointed home with all the amenities you would need. Off street parking, alarm system and keyless entry. Location only a short walk to parts of the Riverwalk or a short drive to just about everything else available in San Antonio. If I return for a visit my decision to stay here is already made up. Loved it!
