Positive: Spacious simple apartment, comfortable beds. Key handover though key box but you need to call them to open the front door. There is street parking, not dedicated to the apartment.

Negative: It is a bit confusing that they communicate through WhatsApp.

Positive: The apartment is tidy, bright and minimalist. Suitable for short stays and for those who need the railway station close by (10-15 minutes walk up a quite steep hill). Convenient online check in and check out and key pick up in a mini safe with code.

Negative: No air conditioning, or rather it was, but it was impossible to switch it on to cool the rooms. The display showed 30 degrees and it was unbearably hot. The landlord of the property, when I commented that it was too hot in the flat and that the air conditioner was not switched on, suggested using a fan, which was ineffective in such heat. Also, I didn't like the inscriptions everywhere with settings that you can't touch this and that, must do as the instructions say. It didn't make my stay comfortable.

Positive: This review needs to be read in conjunction with my earlier review. I booked for 2 nights and this review was my extension night. By my third night all the problems had been ironed out.

Negative: Not met when I arrived on my first night. Attitude of a member of a staff who kept corresponding remotely. I was being accused of not knowing how a washing machine worked but they had failed to leave a vital adapter. Bad customer relations.

Positive: It was warm. Nice bed.

Negative: Nobody came to meet me. Everything was done remotely. Wrong WiFi code had been sent initially which led to stress together with the fact that they hadn't provided the adapter for the washing machine so I couldn't wash my travel clothes. The washing machine was one of the main reasons why I had booked the apartment. The place was 15 minutes from the railway station but it was entirely uphill.
