Positive: The privacy on the property and how much space it felt like we had.

Negative: This is very nit picky but I would have loved a fire pit outside so would could sit out in the evening around a fire.

Positive: Clematis is very modern and new. I love the seclusion and privacy including the wild life especially the visits from the kangaroos. It is self contained with a barbeque so able to eat there when required.

Negative: I think as the weather gets colder, maybe an outdoor heating on the decking

Summary: Absolutely wonderful. It wasn't long enough. Our second stay at this great place.
