Great central location ! The Garden Suite is surrounded by beautiful trees. It is located on a secluded 1/3 of an acre and is centrally located between downtown Pearl Street and 29th Street Mall. Each are a ten minute bike ride or twenty minute walk. University of Colorado campus is a thirty minute walk. New Air Conditioner mini split system just installed.
The Garden Suite is very spacious including 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchenette with bar sink & refrigerator, living room, dining area, laundry room, and outdoor patio. It offers a large flat screen TV with Comcast Cable including the full sports and movie package. Wifi is also included. There are king size beds in both bedrooms. The bathroom has warm, wonderful, heated tile floors. Begin your mornings with a cup of Keurig coffee !
The outside patio has a charcoal grill for barbecuing. The private yard is situated across from Goose Creek Greenway Path. This is a tranquil and peaceful home which is perfect for vacation or work located in the heart of Boulder.

Summary: What a place! Suite is clean and spacious, and while it is the lower level of a home, it is still private. You may hear a footstep or two here or there, but you will still feel like you are in 'your own space' and that includes a nice outdoor area made available for guests. Due take note that you will not have an oven. Yet, you will have an electric stove top. Outside of that, the place is stocked with staples you may need, and owner responds immediately if/when needed. Highly recommended.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and could not have asked for a better place! The neighborhood is nice and quiet but still within walking distance to shops and restaurants (about a mile to Pearl Street Mall). The Garden suite is cozy and clean, with an amazing outdoor area. Tracy was very helpful and checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the Boulder area!
