Summary: We loved this house. I grew up in Lambertville so the general layout of this type of house is very familiar. The property owners did a fantastic job updating the house to modern standards. The decor is very nice making it a great place to relax. We had 5 people including a 4 year old. There is a lot of space and the extra bathroom is very convenient. We had everything we needed and will plan to book again the next time we visit.

Summary: We were in town for a family event and spent the weekend in Jacob’s property. The properly was perfectly described and well equipped. Renovated and modern inside, quaint on the outside. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our furry fiend. Jacob gave us great info for check in and sent us messages through our stay to make sure all was well. The only drawbacks were the tight parking and the narrowness of the street when cars were parked on both sides of the street neither of which Jacob can do anything about. Lambertville and New Hope in PA are great towns to explore. Great walking on the canal trail. Definitely a dog-town. Highly recommend!

Summary: Myself and five friends rarely get the chance to spend quality time together with our busy schedules and families, so we always make an effort when we can. We’ve always loved the scenic views of Lambertville and the New Hope area, and this place was the perfect spot! The location is unbeatable, with parking and a beautiful backyard. Honestly, we barely felt the need to leave! We grabbed hibiscus iced tea across the street every day and even caught a barre class nearby. Thank you so much for making our getaway so enjoyable!

Summary: Very enjoyable. No complaints. Loved the ice cream store up the street. Visited Rice’s Market on Tuesday followed by a visit to Peddler’s Village. Lunch at the Buttonwood Grill very nice.

Summary: We went as an extended family of 4 adults a 3yr old and an 18 month old. They set up a crib and high chair for us which were both really nice and clean. The house is really nice and updated! The beds and couch are very comfortable. There was plenty of space for us to sit as a family to eat: the kitchen had needed utensils and even some zip lock bags and things. They also had cold waters in the fridge as a nice compliment! Only concern was the really steep stairs. They did offer us a gate but it wasn’t at the bottom of the stairs or right at the top so we declined. We just had to watch out little guy to make sure he didn’t go up and carry him down very carefully. The top step has a little broken part of the fake wood but we saw it when we arrived so everyone was careful and it wasn’t anything you’d likely trip on. The neighborhood is great, lots to walk and see and the Ice cream place was really good across the street. Plenty of safe parking and a great fenced yard!! It was perfect for our trip! We’d stay again!

Summary: I recently rented this property for a girls’ weekend with two friends for a 40th birthday. Jacob surprised us with a few slices of gourmet cake from a local bakery. We had more than enough room. Having a driveway that accommodated three cars was hugely helpful/convenient as we walked around town.

Summary: Beautifully updated duplex in the quieter north of town, but still easy access to all essentials. Jacob really seemed to want to do all he could to make our stay everything we wanted it to be and he did not disappoint!
